Marc possesses over 25 years of experience working with a variety of First Nations organizations throughout Canada and abroad. His specialty revolves around developing meaningful partnerships between communities and large infrastructure development projects, with a focus on: collaboratively identifying and monitoring of environmental and social impacts; preserving and enhancing traditional practices; developing local governance capacity based on traditional values and practices and negotiation/implementation of Impact-Benefit Agreements.

Aditya Chinnakonda
OPERATIONS MANAGER, BEng, MBA
Aditya began working with First Nations in 2021, alongside representatives from several communities on a large-scale transportation infrastructure project. He specializes in project management; the development and implementation of digital management tools; communications and capacity-building. In addition, Aditya oversees all reports to ensure quality control.

Nathan Badry
ANALYST/RESEARCHER, PhD
Nathan specializes in applied social science methods, community-based approaches, and enhancing collaboration across pluralistic management networks. He has worked with diverse people and organisations from multiple provinces, including Indigenous communities, provincial and federal government agencies, and industry partners. Past projects have included developing new management tools for wildlife species like lake sturgeon and moose, and Indigenous consultations for major infrastructure development projects.
