Marc possesses over 25 years of experience working with a variety of First Nations organizations throughout Canada and abroad. His specialty revolves around developing meaningful partnerships between communities and large infrastructure development projects, with a focus on: collaboratively identifying and monitoring of environmental and social impacts; preserving and enhancing traditional practices; developing local governance capacity based on traditional values and practices and negotiation/implementation of Impact-Benefit Agreements.

OPERATIONS MANAGER, BEng, MBA

Aditya began working with First Nations in 2021, alongside representatives from several communities on a large-scale transportation infrastructure project. He specializes in project management; the development and implementation of digital management tools; communications and capacity-building. In addition, Aditya oversees all reports to ensure quality control. Previously, he worked with small and medium-sized enterprises across various sectors, focusing on improving operational efficiency and building high-performing teams from the ground up.
